Terms of Service
Welcome to Truck104. By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What you agree to
Using Truck104 means you agree to follow these terms. The terms cover how you use the service, what we promise, and what you take responsibility for. If we change the terms, we will tell you and you can decide whether to keep using the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login safe. Use a strong password. Do not share your account with people who should not have access. If you think someone else has accessed your account, change your password and email support@truck104.com right away.
You are responsible for the data you put into Truck104. That includes loads, driver names, trucks, and any photos or documents you upload. Make sure the data is accurate and that you have the right to use it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Use the service only for legal business activity.
- Treat people fairly. No threats, no harassment, no abuse.
- Not try to copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer our software.
- Not try to break the service, get around security limits, or access data that belongs to other carriers.
- Not use the service to send spam, fraudulent messages, or unauthorized communications to brokers, shippers, or third parties through your connected email or messaging.
We can suspend your account if you break these rules.
4. What Truck104 does (and does not do)
Truck104 gives carriers tools to automate dispatch work. We connect your existing systems (ELDs, email, Telegram) so you can move loads with less typing.
Truck104 is not a freight broker. We do not match loads to trucks. We do not sit between you and your shippers or brokers. You handle your own business relationships.
Truck104 is not financial, legal, or tax advice. We give you tools and reports. We do not give advice. Talk to your accountant, lawyer, or DOT consultant when you need professional advice.
You stay responsible for DOT compliance, your contracts, and your operations. Truck104 helps you track and organize. You make the decisions and follow the rules that apply to your business.
5. Subscription and billing
Truck104 is currently free during development. We are not charging carriers right now. There is no free trial — the service is genuinely free until we announce pricing.
We will announce future pricing with at least 30 days notice before it starts. You will see the pricing in your dashboard and get an email before any charge begins. You can stop using the service before pricing starts if you do not want to pay.
6. Limits on our promises
Truck104 is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service working well, but we cannot promise it will be perfect.
We do not promise the service will fit any specific purpose. We do not promise it will be free of errors. We do not promise it will always be available.
If something goes wrong because of Truck104, our total responsibility is limited to the money you paid us in the past 12 months. Since the service is currently free, that limit is $0.
This does not limit anything that the law says we cannot limit.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using Truck104 at any time. To delete your account, email support@truck104.com.
We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms. We can also stop providing the service to anyone at any time. If that happens, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your data.
8. Where these terms apply
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Arizona, USA. If there is a dispute, it will be handled in Maricopa County, Arizona.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. For small changes (fixing typos, clarifying language), we will update the page and the "Last updated" date.
For material changes (anything that affects your rights or what the service does), we will show a notice in your dashboard at least 14 days before the change takes effect. That gives you time to read the new terms and decide whether to keep using the service.
